Shipping Policy
- We have partnered up with The Courier Guy to provide cost-effective and reliable shipping.
- Shipping times vary by location; however, we will endeavour to get your items to you within 3-5 working days. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays. Orders received on these days will be dispatched on the following working day.
- Free delivery applies to all orders over R999.
- We do not currently sell our products outside the borders of South Africa, however we are working on that. If you would like to enquire about purchasing from outside South Africa, please send us an email on enquiries@aestheticsza.com
- Once your parcel has been sent, we will notify you of your tracking number.
- We use courier services to deliver our parcels and are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Should you enter a PO Box address at checkout, we will contact you to provide an alternate address and will cancel your order if you do not provide us with an alternate address within 24 hours of request.
